Chief Executive Officer
Julio D. Sy, Jr., or Jun as he is fondly known, is the founder of Tao Corporation and is a self-confessed “wannabe music honcho”. He is an avid music fan and a pretty good musician to boot. He serves as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Corporation’s subsidiaries and is one of the main inspirations and propagators of 7101 Music Nation.
Twinky D. Lagdameo
Chief Operating Officer / Camp Director
An acknowledged music fanatic, Twinky has worked in various areas of the music industry. From music retail at Tower Records and marketing at EMI Philipines to artist management with Gary Valenciano and talent artist relations at MTV, she has certainly been around the block and then some. Now, as the “one woman band” of 7101 Music Nation, she gets to combine her love for working with artists with a passion for social development.
Artistic Director / Camp Content Director
Ryan Cayabyab is a highly acclaimed composer, conductor and accompanist. He has trained several performers and is currently running the The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab with his wife, Emmy. The “Mad Maestro” (Artistic Director) of 7101 Music Nation, Mr. C. always brings this positive energy with him and is a key figure in the company.
Camp Program Director
A traditional Mommy of 4 and the Energen Pilipinas men’s youth basketball team. Passionate about family and friends. Loves the Little Prince, broadway musicals and life. Ito is a strong-willed person with a very loving heart! Her passion for music drove her to join Music Nation this year.
Elements Program Manager
Liz is a singer-songwriter, Elements Camp Organizer, Elements 2011 Camper, freelance Sound Designer, and a former Producer/A&R at Warner Music Philippines.
She’s in charge of operations, artist coordination, setting up promotional tours, social media marketing, and website content management at 7101 Music Nation.

Don’t mistake her for a guy or her husband will not be too happy about it. She heads the staging team.
Gabby is the vocalist and guitarist of the popular Cebuano rock band, Urbandub. He has won various awards, including vocalist of the year at the NU Rock Awards. His band’s rise to fame is instrumental for spreading Cebuano Music in the metro.
Popular educator disguised as singer-songwriter Joey Ayala is as native as the export-only pineapples of Bukidnon where he was born. His Ilokano-Chinese-Portuguese-Indian-poet-painter-fictionist genetics plus his folk-rock-jazz-broadway-classical-pop ears plus exposure to indigenous music is reflected
These days, Ebe is busy writing songs for other musicians. He has had the honor of writing for Sinosikat, General Luna, and Nyoy Volante. He’s also a member of bands Sugarfree and Cambio.
Aia de Leon
Aia de Leon is one of the best female artists in local music scene. She formally launched her career in 1999 under the band Imago and since then, her artistry has flourished. Awarded as “Vocalist of the Year” in 2001 and “Best Female Artist” in 2008 by The NU Rock Awards, the listeners have been touched by her performances and music writing for well over a decade.Aia wrote a majority of the band’s songs; well over thirty of them. The band currently has four albums released. Hit songs written and sung by Aia are “Akap”, “Sundo”, “Anino”, “Taralets”, “Walang MIsteryo”, and current single “Huling Yakap ng Mundo”.
A multi-awarded songwriter, Jay is your one-stop shop guy when it comes to music. He’s not just a composer. He’s also an arranger, record producer, film scorer and a singer with a voice that’s distinctly his.
The term “Multi-Talented” fits Audie to a T. He is a stage, television and film actor, singer, recording artist, dancer, host, on-camera & voice talent for TV and radio commercials, directore, choreographer, teacher, and producer. He is one of the more respected singers in the local music industry – a fact acknowledged by his peers when they elected him Vice-President for External Affairs of OPM (Organisasyon ng mga Mang-aawit na Pilipino). This was further reinforced when he received the 1995 Awit Awards for Best Performance by a New Male Recording Artist for “Loving You,” the very first singe from his first album under Universal Records. He also co-founded TRUMPETS, one of the leading theater companies in the country.
Gloc-9 is an Awit Award-winning Filipino rapper. His fast-flowing vocal style has made him one of the most successful hip-hop artists in the Philippines. He was described by fellow Filipino rapper Francis Magalona as “a blacksmith of words and letters, and a true Filipino poet.” He has collaborated with some of the best OPM artists such as Noel Cabangon, Francis Magalona, Parokya ni Edgar, Champ Lui Pio, and many more. His songs mostly tackle social issues such as social injustice, poverty, and patriotism.

Raimund Marasigan is one of Philippine music’s most successful and prolific musicians. His love for playing and performing began when he started taking organ lessons at the age of 8. By the time he hit high school he was a regular church organist and was also giving music lessons on the side. At this point Marasigan had also picked up the guitar and was beginning to play in bands with older friends. In 1989 as a student at the UP College of Mass Communication he met the members of what is widely considered to be the most popular rock band in Filipino history – The Eraserheads.

Alfonso “Chito” Miranda, Jr. is a singer and songwriter who is best known as the lead singer for the band Parokya ni Edgar. He has written majority of Parokya ni Edgar’s hit singles such as Halaga, Mr.Suave, Inuman Na, Harana, Yes Yes Show, Pangarap Lang Kita, and many more. His songs has also won numerous Awit Awards through the years. His band Parokya ni Edgar remains as one of the most influential bands in the Philippine music scene today.
Jazz Nicolas is one of the best commercial scorers and jingle writers in the advertising industry today. He is also the lead songwriter, drummer and lead vocalist of the Filipino rock band, Itchyworms. He is the son of a well known songwriter in the 80s, Sonny Nicolas.
Jose Villanueva III a.k.a. Quest is a Filipino singer-songwriter, known for his song “Sige Lang” in 2012. Quest is a hip-hop and R&B singer signed under Manila Genesis Entertainment.
Maestro Gerard Salonga is a multi-awarded musical director, conductor, arranger, and multi-platinum record producer. He has collaborated with some of Asia’s finest musical artists including Lea Salonga, Regine Velasquez, Wang Leehom, Elisa Chan, and Cecile Licad. (abscbnphilharmonic)
